RACS is collecting stories, testimonials and photos from former clients, staff and volunteers, ahead of our 40th anniversary in 2027.
To share a message or some of your memories, please use the form below. We encourage you to submit before 31 December 2026.
RACS plans to share these stories internally and externally, digitally and in print, with a selection to be included in a book commemorating 40 years of safety.

Sharing your story is completely optional and you can share as much or as little as you like - even if it’s just a few lines.
Here are some suggestions for what you might include:
How did you first connect with RACS and what help did RACS give you?
What did it feel like when you found out about your permanent visa?
What does your life look like now as an Australian citizen or permanent resident?
How would you describe RACS in 3 words, or in a sentence?
What does safety mean to you?
If you prefer not to talk about past experience, we encourage you to share about the life you have now built in safety in Australia and/or your hopes or dreams for the future.
Please email stories@racs.org.au if you have any further questions.
