Chris Yoo, President
Chris is a Partner at Genesis Capital, a private equity firm, and Executive Director at For Purpose Investment Partners, a not-for-profit impact investment manager.

Over the past 14 years Chris has held roles with Crescent Capital Partners, Bain Capital and Bain & Company and numerous corporate directorships including Smart Clinics, Australian Clinical Labs, MyHealth Medical Centres, NZ Panels Group, National Dental Care, Cover-More Group and Lifehealthcare. Chris is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and holds a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.
Chris has been involved with RACS since 2001 and has volunteered over the past 20 years as a student, Practical Legal Trainee, pro-bono solicitor and taskforce solicitor. Chris joined the RACS board in 2014.
Tim Gonski, Vice-President
Tim is a Principal at Fallow Partners, a private investment firm specialising in private equity and real estate.

Tim has also held roles at Quintet Partners, an alternative investment manager, and commenced his career as a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills. Tim is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and holds a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
David Wiggins, Treasurer
David is a Chartered Accountant and experienced Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, having held the financial leadership role in a number ASX listed companies over the past 20 years.

David is currently an independent financial consultant. He has a B Comm from UNSW, MBA (Exec) from AGSM (UNSW) and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and NZ and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Aust.
Alice Gardoll, Committee Member
Alice is a human rights lawyer and Chief of Staff to Amal Clooney.

Alice’s recent projects include working as an Editorial Assistant on Ms. Clooney’s 2024 book Freedom of Speech in International Law and as co-counsel for journalist and Nobel Laureate Maria Ressa.
At the international human rights organization Reprieve, Alice specialised in arbitrary and unlawful detention. She has practised as a criminal solicitor representing Aboriginal Australians in the Northern Territory, as a commercial litigator at Herbert Smith Freehills and as a refugee lawyer in Australia and Greece. She began her career as a clerk to President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, the 39th Governor of New South Wales. Alice obtained her law degree at the University of Sydney and her Master of Laws as a Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University. Alice volunteered at RACS for a number of years before joining the Management Committee.
Daniel Ghezelbash, Committee Member
Daniel is a Professor and Director of the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law at UNSW’s Faculty of Law & Justice and an Australian Research Council (ARC) DECRA Fellow.

Daniel is an internationally recognised scholar of international and comparative refugee and migration law, and one of Australia’s leading experts on technology and access to justice. He is the founding chair of the Access to Justice and Technology network, a Special Counsel at the National Justice Project, a board member of Wallumatta Legal, and a long-time volunteer lawyer at RACS.
Jane Leibowitz, Committee Member
Jane is the director of The Roundhouse Collective, a specialist business and human rights consultancy, where she works on issues such as modern slavery and responsible supply chain management.

In 2023 Jane was the Human Rights Manager for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand. Prior to this, she spent almost 10 years working at the Justice and Equity Centre (formerly the Public Interest Advocacy Centre) as a Senior Solicitor, Acting Principal Solicitor, and finally as their Director of Strategy. She has also worked at the National Immigrant Justice Centre and the Aboriginal Legal Service.
Donia Saeidi, Committee Member
Donia Saeidi is the Head of Digital & Retail Transition at Westpac, where she leads major change programs focused on making customer experiences better and simpler.

Donia began her career in the social sector and studied law, developing a strong interest in access to justice and equity. These foundations continue to shape her values, including a deep affinity with the experiences of refugees and people navigating complex legal and social systems.
Alongside her executive role, Donia teaches at UNSW Business School and contributes to leadership development and good governance practices. She joined the Board of RACS through the Observership Program and lives in Sydney, where she is a proud mum to a toddler who keeps her grounded.
