EDUCATION AND TRAINING
RACS often hosts seminars and offers assessment on CPD core subjects
for migration agents and legal practitioners. Examples of recent
seminars hosted by RACS include:
- "The Refugee Review Tribunal, post-RRT options and Bridging Visas"
(CPD core subject, 1 point)
- "The Refugees Convention, Protection Visa Applications and Preparation (primary level)."
(CPD core subject, 1 point)
RACS also provides information sessions about protection
visas and the refugee status determination process to various groups in
the community.
