CONTACT RACS

The RACS office is based in Sydney. It operates a full-time casework service from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Please note: All appointments to see a RACS caseworker must be booked through the telephone advice service. RACS does not provide a "drop in" advice service.

Face to Face Advice Service:
Monday afternoons and evenings by appointment only.
This service is run by staff and volunteers. Appointments must be booked. Appointments may be made by telephoning RACS on (02) 9114-1600 on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10.00am and 12:00pm.

Telephone Advice Service:
Telephone RACS on (02) 9114-1888 on the following days:
Tuesdays between 10.00am -12.00pm
Thursdays between 10.00am-12.00pm
