CONTACT RACS

The RACS office is based in Sydney. It operates a full-time casework service from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm. Please note: All appointments to see a RACS caseworker must be booked through the telephone advice service. RACS does not provide a "drop in" advice service.

Monday Evening Advice: 4.30pm-8.30pm.
This service is run by staff and volunteers. Appointments must be booked. Appointments may be made by telephoning RACS on (02) 9211 4001 on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10am and 12:30pm.
