Fighting for refugee rights for over 35 years

Applying for protection in Australia can be a complex – and cruel – process. The Refugee Advice & Casework Service is a nonprofit providing the one form of help that can give refugees and people seeking asylum lasting safety: legal support.

We provide trauma-informed legal help to people of all nationalities, religions and gender identities. We advocate for fairer and more humane asylum policies.

Seeking asylum is a long and difficult road.
